Founded in 1998, Sea Carrier Shipping Co., Ltd. (SC) is a joint-stock shipping company, which engages in the ocean shipping and international freight forwarding. The main business covers the inter-regional logistics services, including bulk and general cargo shipping, vessel chartering and international freight forwarding, in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, India, Gulf of Persia, Europe, South and North America and Australia.

The company passed verification and authentication of China Classification Society (CCS) and won the Document of Compliance (DOC) about the international ship safety management rules issued by CCS. Moreover, the company passed verification and authentication of Nippon kaiji kyokai (NKK) and won the Document of Compliance about safety management by NKK in 2011. The company passed the authentication of Maritime Safety Administration of China and won the permit of crew manning organization in September of 2012.
